Avi & I were tired of watching the property management industry consistently overlook, underserve, and treat stunning Santa Barbara homes as just another item on a to-do list. We have personally witnessed homes that families cherish and rely on to create their most beloved memories fade into an afterthought, resulting in stressful vacations, unanticipated expenses, and a nagging sense of unease.
This is exactly why we founded the Emerald Home Collective.

As a former Division I volleyball player and NCAA Final Four competitor at the University of Illinois, Blayke learned that success is built on trust, consistency, and teamwork. She carried those values into a sales and leadership career at Cintas, a Fortune 500 company, where she was recognized as a five-time Summit Club winner, Team Captain, and the top Management Trainee in the Mountain Region. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Denver.
Today, as Co-Founder and CEO of Emerald Home Collective, Blayke is on a mission to redefine property management by creating an enjoyable ownership experience that gives homeowners lasting peace of mind. Her goal is to help her clients effortlessly own, invest in, and experience the beautiful city of Santa Barbara.

As a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Avi has built his career on trust, market expertise, and lasting relationships. He has closed 85 career transactions representing more than $105 million in sales, earned over 260 five-star reviews, and been recognized as an RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker and Diamond Circle honoree. To him, those achievements have always been the result of putting clients first.
Now, as Co-Founder and Chief Sales Officer of Emerald Home Collective, Avi is committed to creating an exceptional ownership experience. His deep understanding of the Santa Barbara market allows him to guide homeowners to make confident decisions while delivering the attentive service and trusted partnership that has defined his career and the Emerald Standard.
